Welcome to Veriskey Technologies LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We’ve written them in plain language — if anything is unclear, contact us before you buy and we’ll explain it.
Terms & Conditions Overview
About the Company
Veriskey.com is owned and operated by Veriskey Technologies LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You can reach us at support@veriskey.com or +1 (307) 303-6765.
Acceptance of These Terms
By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
Eligibility
To place an order with Veriskey, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.
Products and Services
Veriskey supplies digital software licenses. For each purchase you receive a license key and a download link, allowing you to install and activate the corresponding software on your device. Please read each product description carefully before ordering — it contains the essential information specific to that product, including the software edition, the number of devices covered, and how activation works. The product description forms part of your purchase agreement.
Your License
The key you purchase grants you the right to activate and use the software in accordance with the software publisher’s end-user license agreement (EULA), which you accept when you install the software. License keys are supplied for your own use and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with third parties.
Placing an Order
When you complete checkout you will receive an order confirmation by email, followed shortly by your license key and installation instructions. A contract between you and Veriskey is formed once your payment has been received and confirmed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, where the order appears fraudulent, or where a product is unavailable — in each case you will be notified and refunded in full.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods listed on our website, and all transactions are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers over SSL encryption. Prices may change from time to time, but the price shown at the moment you complete your order is the price that applies to that order.
Delivery
All products are delivered digitally by email, typically within minutes of payment confirmation and available 24 hours a day. In uncommon cases delivery may take up to 12 hours. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these terms.
Returns and Refunds
Every purchase is covered by our 30-day Return Policy. If a license key does not activate as described, we will resolve the issue, provide a replacement key, or issue a full refund. The complete terms are on our Return Policy page, which forms part of these terms.
Support
Support is included with every purchase at no additional cost, covering installation guidance and activation assistance. We respond to enquiries within one business day, and usually sooner. You can reach us by email, phone, or the live chat on our website.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the site’s operation, use automated tools to scrape or copy our content, or resell our products without written agreement. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms.
Intellectual Property
The content on veriskey.com — including text, layout, graphics, and our logo — is the property of Veriskey Technologies LLC and may not be reproduced without our permission. All third-party product names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility is to supply a working license key as described on the product page, and we stand behind that through our Return Policy. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Accuracy of Information
We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate and current. Occasionally an error may occur — where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we reserve the right to correct it and, where an order is affected, to cancel and refund that order in full.
Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your state of residence.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
