Products and Services

Veriskey supplies digital software licenses. For each purchase you receive a license key and a download link, allowing you to install and activate the corresponding software on your device. Please read each product description carefully before ordering — it contains the essential information specific to that product, including the software edition, the number of devices covered, and how activation works. The product description forms part of your purchase agreement.

Your License

The key you purchase grants you the right to activate and use the software in accordance with the software publisher’s end-user license agreement (EULA), which you accept when you install the software. License keys are supplied for your own use and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with third parties.

Placing an Order

When you complete checkout you will receive an order confirmation by email, followed shortly by your license key and installation instructions. A contract between you and Veriskey is formed once your payment has been received and confirmed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, where the order appears fraudulent, or where a product is unavailable — in each case you will be notified and refunded in full.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods listed on our website, and all transactions are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers over SSL encryption. Prices may change from time to time, but the price shown at the moment you complete your order is the price that applies to that order.

Delivery

Returns and Refunds

Support is included with every purchase at no additional cost, covering installation guidance and activation assistance. We respond to enquiries within one business day, and usually sooner. You can reach us by email, phone, or the live chat on our website.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the site’s operation, use automated tools to scrape or copy our content, or resell our products without written agreement. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate and current. Occasionally an error may occur — where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we reserve the right to correct it and, where an order is affected, to cancel and refund that order in full.
