Eligibility for Return

Digital products that have not been downloaded or activated are eligible for return or refund. We take great care to describe every product accurately and to support you before you buy, so that what arrives is exactly what you expected. Timeframe for Returns

Returns or refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your product. This window gives you ample time to install, activate, and confirm everything works as described. Conditions for Return

Products must remain in their original state — not downloaded and not activated. Because a license key cannot be “un-issued” once it has been used, activation completes the sale in the same way opening sealed software does. Where a key has been activated but is not working as described, our support team will resolve it under the guarantee terms below rather than treating it as a return.

Fees Associated with Returns

There are no fees for returns. Our process is designed to be straightforward and free of charge — you will never be asked to pay an administrative or restocking fee to return an eligible digital product.

Requesting a Return

To request a return or refund, contact our customer service team by email, phone, or the live chat on our website. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout, along with a short description of the issue. A screenshot of any error message helps us resolve things considerably faster. We respond within one business day.

Refund Process

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We process approved refunds within 2 to 5 business days. Once processed, the time it takes for funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, and may take a few additional days beyond our processing time.

If Your Key Does Not Activate

If a key you have already activated does not work as described on the product page, you are still fully covered. Contact us and we will first work to resolve the issue directly — most activation problems are fixed in a single support exchange. If the key genuinely cannot be made to work, we will issue a replacement key at no cost, or a full refund if you prefer.

Gift Purchases and Promotional Orders

The same return policy applies to items bought as gifts and to orders placed during a promotion. We treat every purchase with the same consistency, and our team is happy to help with any question specific to these transactions.

Products Bought on Offer or Discount

If you return a product that was purchased on offer or at a discount, your refund will be based on the amount you actually paid. Our pricing is transparent throughout, and the exact amount paid is always shown in your order confirmation and account history.
